How do I apply?

Once we have discussed your job in detail, we will discuss your options for finance and then forward your details to TradeHelp, who will process your application, it usually takes about ten minutes.

Barclays will carry out a credit check and their underwriters will make a decision as to whether to grant finance. If your application is successful,

Barclays will send out your finance documents for you to read and sign electronically. This process usually takes a matter of minutes.

Once your documents are received by Barclays they can proceed to approve your finance.

We can then arrange to install your new boiler!

When will my payments be due?

This will depend on the type of payment plan you take out and will be detailed on your credit agreement. Your repayment period will not begin until we have dispatched all products to you.

Can I cancel my payment plan?

You have the right to withdraw from any credit agreement. If you wish to do so you should inform Barclays Partner Finance of your intention to withdraw within 14 days from the day after agreeing to the loan. To do so, please contact Barclays Partner Finance directly on 0844 811 9000. Barclays Partner Finance will require you to pay any outstanding amount.

From April the Governing bodies, Gas Safe & Building Refs are enforcing Boiler Plus.

Boiler plus means any new combi boiler installed from April will require additional energy efficiency measures to be installed.

These will be one of the following:
:-Flue Gas heat Recovery £460
:-Weather Compensation £130
:-Load Compensation £50
:-Smart Learning Thermostat £190
(Approx cost depending on Make/model)

This aim is to reduce a properties CO2 footprint 👣

If an installer fits a new boiler without one of these is will be classed as a non-compliant installation and the manufacturers may void any warranty.

Don’t be caught short by plumbing and heating companies that don’t know what they are doing or cut corners.
