Boiler Buying Advice with System Assessment
It is important that you have a boiler that suits your home, to ensure that your home is being heated properly and you are not wasting money or energy. We know you’re busy, and learning about the different kinds of boilers probably isn’t at the top of your agenda, so at Futureplumb we assess your house to determine which type of boiler would prove to be the most energy efficient for you and we will install it for you too. As of 2010 all new boilers must be A-rated for energy efficiency, or at least 88% efficient. At Futureplumb, we will always provide a boiler that is most suited to your system, and the most energy efficient, to ensure that you’re paying the minimum amount for your heating.

From April the Governing bodies, Gas Safe & Building Refs are enforcing Boiler Plus.
Boiler plus means any new combi boiler installed from April will require additional energy efficiency measures to be installed.
These will be one of the following:
:-Flue Gas heat Recovery £460
:-Weather Compensation £130
:-Load Compensation £50
:-Smart Learning Thermostat £190
(Approx cost depending on Make/model)
This aim is to reduce a properties CO2 footprint 👣
If an installer fits a new boiler without one of these is will be classed as a non-compliant installation and the manufacturers may void any warranty.
